Community Health Worker Training

Have you or a loved one had trouble navigating the healthcare system? 

Have you ever wanted to find a new provider or specialist but did not know where to start?

Did you know that those on a lower or fixed income may miss out on doctor's appointments and treatments because they don't have transportation?

This is where Community Health Workers come in!

Community Health Workers (CHWs) are community advocates. Your $250 gift can provide a week of training for one student so they can work towards earning their MD CHW certificate and make sure our community has access to the best care.

Our Maryland accredited program trains individuals over 5 weeks so they can provide empathetic and competent care to those in our community.
