Community Cats Coalition is currently caring for 18 colonies in the Worcester/Wicomico areas of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. All the cats in each colony are fixed and vaccinated and cared for on a daily basis. We are low on funding. We feed each colony every day, twice a day and it is having an financial impact on our rescue. We cannot NOT feed these innocent cats who wait for us each and every day. Sitting by the woods watching and waiting for our van to pull up, upon seeing us, running back towards their feeding stations, knowing their food has arrived and their bellies will be full! Each colony has insulated shelters so each cat can be safe and warm during the brutal winter months. Right now we need supplies (Insulation and fresh straw) to freshen up these shelters and we are sadly out of money! Between the calls that come in each and every day to help more cats we find ourselves struggling to keep up. We also maintain a small shelter of cats that could not be returned to their original site, as well as a barn on a friends property of cats that need to be maintained as well. Please consider making a life saving donation to support us as we continue to care for these cats! No donation is too small, as every penny goes straight to the cats welfare and well being! We thank all our wonderful supporters and Rescue Warriors!
