kindSBY began with a simple belief: kindness has the power to transform communities. Our mission is to create, recognize, and inspire acts of kindness that connect people and strengthen our community. From kindness clubs in local schools to outreach supporting teachers, seniors, and first responders, we work to make compassion visible and contagious. Every project and partnership we build reminds us that kindness isn’t just something we do—it’s who we are.

Your support helps us spread that kindness even further, funding community programs, grants, and events that bring people together and celebrate the good happening all around us. Salisbury is proud to be the nation’s first “World Kindness USA City,” and kindSBY keeps that spirit alive every day.

Mission

Needs

~ Funding for Kindness Clubs in local schools (supplies, activity kits, student projects)

~ Random Acts of Kindness Week & World Kindness Day giveaways

~ "Kindness Bags” delivered to seniors, first responders, and community members in need (snacks, personal care items, handwritten notes, etc.)

~ Become a Sponsor: Donations will be used to promote and support kindness initiatives in our community

~ Kindness Ambassadors: individuals willing to lead kindness activities in their own community

~ Giving page creators: Help support and further the kindSBY mission of creating, recognizing and inspiring kindness by launching a giving page.

~ Content creators: Help curate content for our social media pages, capture kindsby in action in video and photos.
