Each summer, Chesapeake Health Care hosts a Summer Mental Health Therapeutic Program—a safe, supportive space where children facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges can grow, connect, and heal. Through counseling, group activities, and creative expression, participants learn coping skills, build confidence, and experience the joy of being part of a caring community.
Unfortunately, the need far exceeds our available resources. Many families simply cannot afford the cost of care, and without financial support, some children may miss out on this life-changing opportunity.

Funds raised will go directly toward program costs, including therapy materials, supplies for activities, healthy snacks, and staffing to provide the individualized support each child deserves.
