Priority A: Strengthen organizational health through leadership development, governance, and operational excellence.
Priority B: Advance the SCS mission through intentional spiritual formation, community engagement, and Kingdom impact.
Priority C: Diversify both academic and extracurricular offerings with excellence to enhance the student experience and serve more mission-aligned families.
Priority D: Enhance and expand campus facilities to promote safety and sustainability and to respond responsibly to growth by increasing capacity for both enrollment and programming.

Needs
Build Beyond
Since 1966, Salisbury Christian School (SCS) has been shaping students to become resilient learners, passionate world changers, and steadfast followers of Jesus Christ. Today, with more than 680 students from infancy through 12th grade, we feel called to influence our culture through strategic growth that will result in generations of graduates who are confident in their faith, prepared for their calling, and committed to serving others with excellence and integrity.
The Plan for the Future
To meet the growing need for excellent Christian education, SCS has begun a multi-phase campus expansion project. This plan will allow us to serve up to 900 students by improving our campus, adding new academic spaces, and expanding opportunities for extracurricular activities. The first phase of this plan focuses on three key steps that will move our vision forward:
Immediate Funding Focus
Our current priority is seeing $5.5 million given to fund Phase 1 of our new Athletic Complex, which will:
Expand and enhance SCS’s athletic programs with additional fields, spaces, and continued high-quality, Christ-centered extracurricular engagement for students and families.
Lay the groundwork for future growth by ensuring our infrastructure supports increased enrollment with excellence and sustainability.
Respond to the challenge of an anonymous giver, demonstrating leadership and commitment from our local community.
A Unique Giving Opportunity
To date, we have received $2.3 million in generous gifts toward the Athletic Complex. In addition, a $5 million leadership challenge gift has been given for our Early Learning Center (ELC) project. Because of this incredible gift, both the Athletic Complex and ELC can begin at the same time—saving costs and limiting disruption for our students. To complete Phase 1 of the Athletic Complex, our community is invited to give or pledge the remaining $3.2 million. We believe this opportunity is a clear blessing from the Lord, and we are asking our community to join us in faith and generosity as we take this next step together.
