Main Street Cats is an all-volunteer cat rescue group located in Wicomico County, Maryland. Our focus is on helping the stray, feral, and homeless cats that live on the streets, behind dumpsters, and on parking lots around businesses and homes in our county.
Our group maintains several cat colonies around the county. Cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, eartipped, fed, treated for parasites, and provided with warm winter shelters. All medical care and other necessary needs are provided as they arise. Our caretakers also monitor each area for new cats, so they can quickly receive the help they need. We have tamed many feral cats through our "Former Ferals" program, which allows unsocial cats to graduate into loving indoor homes.

Our mission is to improve the lives of street cats in Wicomico County, Maryland by providing TNR (trap, neuter, return), nutritious food, and safe places in small colonies for them to live safely while they wait for their forever homes.
